What can you do with an initiative that had an exciting beginning but has sadly stalled since then? That was the question that Yavapai College needed to answer- and quickly!
Once you hear the challenges faced, it will be your turn to imagine how to apply what we learned to your own program!
Learning Objectives
- Identify ways to develop a QM team: Where are your pockets of excellence?
- Discuss the steps needed to move from basic training (APPQMR) through submission of courses ready for QM Certification and determine which steps are appropriate for your organization
- Learn how to build upon an existing program and move it through the next steps without losing the history, the excitement, or the engagement of all faculty and Administration
