Have you had to manage more than a couple of course reviews at the same time? Have you asked the same reviewer to serve on multiple QM Review Teams? Did you accidentally email the same reviewer twice in a week? Once the review is complete, how do you know if you have accomplished all the post review details? If you answered Yes to any of these questions, my poster presentation may help you bring into focus how to intentionally use electronic tools to manage reviewers, courses, guest accounts for LMS, publisher material logins, and putting the final touch to the review with the QM Certification Mark.
When managing 25+ reviews in one quarter, the use of electronic tools is essential. The three I use are Trello, Microsoft Teams and Planner. Each tool is complementary in managing reviewer requests, QM Certification expiration, information for team chairs on publisher materials and guest account logins, photos for course representatives to use for social media and press releases.
Tiding up, after a review, is as important as the review itself. Electronic tools help with keeping track of courses needing amendments, archiving the course in the LMS and adding the QM Certification Mark. Start to finish, electronic tools help bring quality into focus when managing multiple reviews.
