In this session we will demonstrate a system that reinforces the integration of QM standards throughout a centralized course design process, with special focus on the contributions of non-teaching instructional designers. Discussion will center on management strategies, course development practices, and cultural challenges. We will provide examples of how we leverage this system to contribute to institutional outcomes beyond those related to Quality Matters.
