QM Leadership Bootcamp Capstone: The Excellence Initiative
The QM Excellence Initiative is a comprehensive six-month capstone experience designed for participants in the Quality Matters Leadership Bootcamp who are committed to implementing QM standards at their institutions. This structured program guides participants through a complete quality improvement project cycle, from identifying challenges to measuring outcomes.
Through a series of strategic quality gates - key checkpoints that ensure progress aligns with quality benchmarks - Capstone participants will develop, implement and evaluate a quality assurance initiative that addresses a specific institutional need while applying advanced QM principles. The experience combines guided mentorship, peer collaboration and practical application to create meaningful change in online and blended learning environments.

The capstone is currently available as part of the QM Leadership Bootcamp Package only. It begins August 18, 2025 and participants will have until February 6, 2026 to complete their work before the session closes.
