The K-12 Rubric Update is available to all QM K-12 members and role-holders. QM K-12 role-holders, including Course Reviewers, Master Reviewers, Course Review Managers, Face-to-Face Facilitators, and Online Facilitators, are required to successfully complete the K-12 Rubric Update to retain their role. The Rubric Update is strongly recommended for QM Coordinators. The Rubric Update will be available at no charge from May 5, 2025, to December 19, 2025. On January 5, 2026, the Rubric Update will become the Rubric Update Role Reinstatement — available for a $55 fee.

In this self-paced update, you will learn:

  1. How the QM K-12 Rubric, Fifth Edition was updated to the Sixth Edition.
  2. The changes that were made to the Course Worksheet and the Glossary in conjunction with the changes to the Rubric.
  3. The changes to the course review process that will go into effect along with the QM K-12 Rubric, Sixth Edition.

To successfully complete the Rubric Update, you must score 85% or greater on the Rubric Update Quiz.
