Foundations of Quality Assurance Leadership
Focus on advanced quality assurance frameworks for online learning, learn to evaluate complex course designs and apply QM and WCAG standards. Participants will learn to scale QA workflows, address accessibility challenges and implement effective peer review mechanisms across departments. This self-paced workshop includes facilitator-guided topics with videos, interactive activities, and curated resources focused on institutional alignment, accessibility solutions, and cross-departmental collaboration.
