What’s the difference between a “Virtual Workshop” and a “Webinar”?

It’s all about interactivity — this is not your typical “sit-and-get” format. During a virtual session, participants will:

  • Interact in large and small group discussions
  • Take web tours
  • Complete activities with peers
  • Participate in polls

QM virtual workshops — offered in two-hour, four-hour, and full-day sessions — offer takeaways and resources you can use in your courses right away. Small class sizes (20 max) enable engaging interaction with colleagues. For example, the two-hour QM Live! sessions target specific standards of the QM Rubric, with workshop activities to provide you with practice and feedback.
