Ron is responsible for strategic planning and academic policy, maintains relationships with current and potential partner organizations, and represents QM on a national level. Ron works with current subscribers to develop QM implementation strategies and plans. He chairs the Quality Matters Academic Advisory Council. Ron is also available to provide on-site overviews of the Quality Matters Program to current and prospective subscribers and serves as an on-site trainer.

Deb oversees all staff and operations for the Quality Matters Program. She consults with statewide systems in their preparation to subscribe; provides overview presentations for prospective and new subscribers; reviews and signs all subscription contracts; prepares budgets and reports; recruits, hires, and manages staff; engages vendors and contractors; and works with Quality Matters Executive Director on policies and strategic initiatives for the organization.

Claire is charged with assisting the Training Manager in scheduling all QM online workshops. She works with QM facilitators to ensure the training needs are met for QM subscribers and non-subscribers. Michelle is responsible for any and all customer service issues with subscribers: initial contact with new subscribers to discuss their needs and consult with them on best subscription option for their institution; any changes in subscription; and the subscription renewal process.

Michelle also works closely with the Communications Manager to develop strategies that engage subscribers and increase the value of their subscription, in addition to attracting prospective subscribers.

As Course Review Manager, Melissa oversees the QM-managed course review process, administers rubric logins for eligible subscribers and other users, and maintains updating Peer Reviewer MOU's (Memorandums of Understanding). Melissa works closely with Master Reviewers, Peer Reviewers, and Institution Representatives to ensure a cohesive process with course reviews.
